God is Our Refuge!

God Is Our Refuge - We Will Live Joyfully  -  By: Robert A. Searles
      “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of -the sea; though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah." Psalm 46: 1,2,3
      "The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah." Psalm 46: 7
      "Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of host is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge . Selah. Psalm 46:10,11.
       We need to remind ourselves of this truth daily ,and every time we become fearful and anxious about things over which we have no control. Satan whispers lies in our ears to try to get us to be fearful and distrust God. He is a liar and we must always be mindful of that. God cannot lie. He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us and to be our help and strength in every situation. Believe God and resist the devil, and the peace of God will fill our hearts, and we will live joyfully.
