God's Promises When We Are Weak

"He shall spare the poor and needy; and shall save the souls of the needy." Psalm 72: 13

"Fear thou not; for I am thy God; I will strengthen  thee, yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with  the right hand of my righteousness." Isaiah 41: 10


"For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, fear not, I will help thee. Fear not thou worm, Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer, the Lord God of Israel." Isaiah 41: 13,14

"Likewise the spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: But the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." Rom 8: 26

"And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be of the consolation. For we would, brethren, not have you  ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, in so much that we despaired even of life. but we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead." 2 Cor 1: 7-9

"But he knoweth the way that I take; when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot hath beheld his steps,  his way have I kept, and not declined." Job 23: 10, 11

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to men: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able: but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Cor 10: 13

"For verily, he (Jesus) took not on him the nature of angels, but he took on him the  seed of Abraham. wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation to God, to make reconciliation for the  sins of the people. For in  that he is able to succour them that are tempted." Heb 2:16-18

"For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities: but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that ye may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." Heb 4: 15, 16

"I had fainted unless, I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart." Psalm 27: 13, 14

"Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth  in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. For evil doers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth." Psalm 37: 7,9

"It is of the Lord's mercy that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.  They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord." Lam 3: 22-26

"To them who by patient  continuance in well doing seek for glory and honor and imortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrightreousness, indignation and wrath." Rom 2: 7, 8

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they shall comfort me." Psalm 23: 4

"My flesh and my heart faileth; but God is the strength of my heart, and  my portion for ever." Psalm 73: 26

"My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God." Psalm 84: 2

"My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word." Psalm 119: 81

"For thus saith the high and lofty one that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble. And to revive the heart of the contrite ones." Isaiah 57: 15

"Fret not thyself because of evil doers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity for they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb." Psalm 37: 1, 2

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake : for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are ye,  when men shall revile you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Math 5: 10-12

"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters,  nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves,, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of  the Lord Jesus, and by the spirit of our God." 1 Cor 9, 10, 11

Jesus Said:

"In my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you.  I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go  to prepare a place for you, I will come again  and receive you unto myself: that where I am, there ye may be also." John 14: 2,3

"And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel which also said, ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."Acts 1: 10,11

"Ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth, and to him  that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?  If ye then being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good  things to them that ask him."
