Jesus said "Fear not, for I am  With  You"

Jesus told his disciples: "Fear not, for I am with you and will never forsake you." If we by faith in the words of Jesus, and believe him and trust him for our eternal salvation,we ought also, by faith believe him and trust him for our daily provisions, our safety, our protection, and claim for ourselves who belong to him, every thing, and every benefit that he has purchased   for us by the shedding of his blood, and death, burial, and resurrection.  Praise God! Glory to  God! Thank you Jesus!

 “(A Psalm of David.) The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”Psalm 27:1

" When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple" Psalm 27: 1-4 

Who are my enemies that "eat up  my flesh" that David was talking about?  Might they include cancer, heart disease, and all manner of sickness, diseases, and accidents that eat up and destroy my flesh?  

"The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him." Exodus 15:2 

 "The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? " Psalms 118:6-" Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation."Isaiah 12:2
